Momento® Smart Trading Cards — Legal Notice

First Sale Doctrine
Momento® Smart Trading Cards begin as authentic, officially produced trading cards lawfully purchased from retail or secondary market sources. Under the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109(a)), once purchased, these cards become the property of Momento® and may be resold, modified, and offered for sale without restriction from the original manufacturer.

Customization Process
Each Momento® Smart Trading Card is individually customized through one or more of the following methods:

• Integration of NFC technology for interactive features.
• Hand-painted or digitally applied artwork.
• Design enhancements and other creative modifications.

These transformations create a distinct collectible product that differs from the original manufacturer’s release.

Trademark Use & Non-Affiliation
Any mention of original brand names (e.g., “Topps®,” “Pokémon®”) is for factual identification purposes only, to describe the source of the base trading card.
Momento® is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any original card manufacturer. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Authenticity & Guarantee
Momento® verifies that each base card used in its creations is genuine prior to modification. Following customization, each card is a unique Momento® creation, accompanied by our authenticity assurance.
