Overview & Sponsor

These Official Rules govern each limited-edition card “Series” offered on this website (each, a “Series”).

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia (void in New York and Florida), who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families/households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Free, mailed entries are treated the same as purchase entries.

Series Structure

“Series” means a distinct limited-edition card type (e.g., a “Snoop Dogg” Series is separate from a “Justin Bieber” Series). Unless otherwise stated on the applicable Series page, each Series consists of 3,000 limited-edition items.

Founder’s Card Series: consists of 1,618 limited-edition items.

Promotion Period

For each Series, the entry period begins when that Series is first offered on the site and ends on the earlier of: (i) the date all items in that Series are sold (the “Sell-Out Date”), or (ii) 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 31, 2026 (the “End Date”).

How to Enter

Purchase Method

During a Series’ entry period, purchase any limited-edition item designated as part of that Series to receive one (1) entry per item purchased in that Series’ drawing.

Free Mail-In Method (No Purchase Necessary / AMOE)

Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, date of birth, and the specific Series name you are entering (e.g., “Series: Snoop Dogg”) on a 3″ × 5″ card. Mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to:

AMOE entries must be postmarked by the Sell-Out Date or, if the Series does not sell out, by the End Date (Dec 31, 2026) and received within seven (7) days thereafter. Each mailed card must be in a separate envelope. Illegible, incomplete, late, or misdirected mail is void.

Entry Limits

No per-person cap: each purchase earns one (1) entry and each AMOE mailing earns one (1) entry. Purchases and AMOE entries are treated equally in the drawing.

Prizes

Regular Series (3,000-unit Series): Three (3) prizes per Series — First Prize: $3,000; Second Prize: $2,000; Third Prize: $1,000.

Founder’s Card Series (1,618 units): Three (3) prizes — First Prize: $5,000; Second Prize: $3,000; Third Prize: $2,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. All taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

Winner Selection

For each Series that sells out by the End Date, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Series, on or about seven (7) days after the Sell-Out Date. If a Series does not sell out by Dec 31, 2026, no drawing will be conducted and no prizes will be awarded for that Series. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Series.

Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry and must respond and complete any required documents (which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release where lawful, and IRS Form W-9) within 30 days of notification. If a potential winner fails to respond or complete verification on time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion from among remaining eligible entries.

General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify a Series if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Series. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation or receipt or use of any prize, except where prohibited.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on this site. By entering, you consent to the use of your information for Promotion administration and prize fulfillment.

Governing Law & Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of law principles, and will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California (unless otherwise required by law). Class/representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Winners List / Rules Request

For a winners list (first initial, last name, city/state) available after each drawing date, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Momento Trading Card — Winners List [Series Name], 247 W Bonita Avenue, San Dimas, CA 91773 USA, to be received within sixty (60) days after the applicable drawing date.
